Use of service

Users must provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Company responsibility

Companies are responsible for their users, drivers, trip data, customer data, documents, tax treatment and business compliance.

Subscriptions

Plan limits, trial periods, pricing and renewal rules may vary by country and billing channel. Continued use may require an active subscription.

Limitations

RideOps is provided as a software tool. The company is not responsible for business losses caused by incorrect data entry, network issues, device issues or misuse of the service.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, unlawful activity or breach of these terms.
